Terms of Purchase and Return Agreement for Consultation

By Accepting these terms and conditions you agree to keep strict confidentiality to not record or share our conversations. 

1. Agreement Overview

This Terms of Purchase and Return Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions associated with purchasing a consultation from Complete Image ("Consultant"). By purchasing a consultation, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Advice

All advice provided during the consultation is based on the Consultant's personal experience and the premium alternative hair products carried by Complete Image. Please note that this advice may not apply to other brands or companies. 

3.Consultation Fee

The fee for the consultation will be applied to a future purchase of products or services from Complete Image. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date of the consultation.

4. Scope of Consultation

Consultations are specific to the client's hair condition at the time of the consultation. This advice is applicable only prior to any color or chemical services or haircuts performed on the client's hair.

5. Confidentiality

All consultations are recorded and kept confidential. Your information will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. You agree to keep strict confidentiality.

6. Alterations to Alternative Hair

Any alterations needed for the alternative hair purchased must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in additional charges for any modifications or repairs.
